LESSON CONTENT & STRUCTURE

Objective:
- To enhance writing ability in general; prepare for the 2nd round of (some) grammar school exams; and prepare for independent school exams (boys and girls)
- Comprehensions which expect written answers.
- Continuation, picture prompt, diary entry, argumentative, opinionated, persuasive, letter, summary, or recount, analysis and answering essay type questions.
- Reading with analysis; identifying character personalities/traits; and answering with structure and techniques (PEEL).
- Correction and paperwork: all work will be manually marked.
- School targets and choices will be discussed with parents and relevant material will be done in class.
- Constant feedback (positive or negative) will be provided.
